Return & Refund Policy
What if there is a discrepancy with my order?
- If there are any discrepancies in items delivered, please contact us within 48 hours and we will look into the matter immediately. What makes you happy, makes us even happier! :D
- Some examples of discrepancies are products delivered in damage / defective condition and wrong items delivered.
- Depending on a case to case basis, Kong Que Foodstuff may opt to exchange and supply the correct product to you shortly or issue a refund. Damaged items are to be returned to Kong Que Foodstuff.
How will I receive my refund?
- If you paid by cash, we will proceed to your delivery address to issue you a cash refund. Or you may choose to receive your refund via a digital Kong Que gift card which will be sent to your email. :D
- If you paid by credit card, we will issue you a refund to your bank account which will take approximately 5 to 10 business days. Similarly, you may choose to receive your refund via a digital Kong Que gift card. :D
